What does the product include?
Our bags come in two sizes: M and L. Each set includes:
- An outer pouch for storing the bag,
- A large waterproof inner bag,
- And a small waterproof pouch.
The pattern I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Most of our bags are one-of-a-kind. While some may share the same pattern, they often have different strap colours and zippers, making each piece unique. You can select your preferred pattern and sign up with your email to receive a notification if the item becomes available again.
Can I exchange a bag?
Yes! We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, intact, and have all original tags attached. To request an exchange, email us at wanga.orders@gmail.com.
How can I return my item?
To return an item, please follow the steps outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at wanga.orders@gmail.com.
How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed.
In some exceptional cases, such as pre-order items, the dispatch time may be longer — this will always be clearly stated on the product page.
If there are any issues affecting the shipment of your order (e.g. stock availability, cancellations, or logistical delays), we will contact you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at wanga.orders@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes — you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. To request an address change, please contact us as soon as possible at wanga.orders@gmail.com.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Wanga ships exclusively within Portugal.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 24 to 48 business hours. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. The new item will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after we receive and verify the original.
What washing instructions should I follow to keep the bag in good condition?
To ensure the longevity and great condition of your waterproof beach bag, please follow these simple care guidelines:
- Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle (max. 30ºC)
- Avoid bleach, harsh detergents or products containing whitening agents
- Air dry in the shade – do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve the colours
How are the bags made?
Each piece is handmade by Mr. Manuel, a craftsman with over 25 years of experience. He carefully sews every detail, from the fabric to the zippers and finishings.
