Refund policy
At Wanga, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised or personalised products (e.g., special orders or made-to-order items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the unwanted item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your items are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at wanga.orders@gmail.com.
Additional Terms – Wanga Orders
In accordance with Portuguese legislation (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February), customers have the right to request an exchange or return of any item within 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

Products must not have been used or washed.

Original characteristics and packaging must be intact (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).

All components must be returned (e.g., for a beach bag set including an outer bag, an inner waterproof pouch, and a large waterproof bag, all parts must be returned together).

Items must not be altered and must retain their original brand label.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return or exchange will not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Process an Exchange or Return

Email Request
Contact us at wanga.orders@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and, if applicable, the item you would like in exchange. -
Packaging the Item
Place the item inside its original box with all included contents. Use the original packaging and seal it securely with tape. -
Shipping the Item
Send the parcel to the address provided via email. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. -
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, and if the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with a credit note.
You must sign and return the credit note via email. After we receive the signed note, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Important Notes

Items damaged due to incorrect washing or misuse will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be evaluated to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

Wanga will notify you within three business days of receiving the item whether your return/exchange request has been approved.

If approved and the item requested in exchange is in stock, bank details for payment of any price difference (plus shipping costs) will be provided. Once payment proof is received, the new order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Exchanges may be made for another item, size, or model, but must be for an item of equal or greater value, and must be in stock.

Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
