Shipping policy

All Wanga orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese postal services).
On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming that your parcel has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Wanga only ships within Portugal.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to a different country, please contact us in advance at wanga.orders@gmail.com.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 1–2 business days

• Portuguese Islands (Azores & Madeira): up to 5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the total purchase price at the time of payment.

Customs and Delays

Should any customs fees or delays occur, these will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Wanga is not liable for any additional charges or delivery delays resulting from customs procedures.
